About

I’ve switched careers multiple times—from being an engineer to becoming a coach. That step didn’t just help me overcome depression; it saved my family. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping international women do the same—find careers that feel aligned, fulfilling, and full of purpose.

In 2013, I started sharing something that had always been part of my life—meditation. I had discovered it at just 8 years old, and over time, it became the foundation for everything I do. I began teaching mindfulness, stress management, and emotional intelligence to people of all ages, from 3 to 77 years old, in schools and group sessions.

As I stepped deeper into coaching, I realized how powerful Emotional Intelligence and Mindfulness truly are. Since 2017, I’ve been guiding individuals and organizations to grow, not through burnout and struggle, but with ease.

I also founded the Freedom Catcher Academy, a space created to uplift women and help them design lives that actually feel good. My mission? To guide women toward careers that light them up, without sacrificing their well-being along the way.

How I Got Started

Before becoming a coach and founder of Freedom Catcher Academy, I spent years as an International Distributor Manager. On paper, everything looked perfect: responsibility, travel, success. I poured myself into the people I worked with, gave them energy and support, and did everything to help them grow. But inside, I felt increasingly empty. It was a strange contradiction, being fully present for others while feeling disconnected from myself.

That inner gap grew over time, and after several periods of depression, I realised I couldn’t continue living a life that looked good from the outside but felt misaligned on the inside. My career shift wasn’t a sudden change or a late-life discovery. In fact, the seeds were planted early: I did my first meditation at 8 years old, and I started personal development at 17. Coaching, emotional intelligence, and inner transformation were always part of who I was.

So when I finally stepped away from the corporate world, it wasn’t a reinvention, it was a return. A return to myself, to what I should have started with from the beginning. Today, my work is the continuation of that path: helping others reconnect with themselves, find meaning, and build lives aligned with who they truly are.

Career

I’m a passionate coach dedicated to helping international women who feel stuck in their careers and work-life balance. With a background in chemical engineering and years of experience working remotely, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching.

For the past 12 years, I’ve mentored over a thousand women, businesses, and schools—helping them create more impact, more joy, and more freedom in their work. My approach blends strategy with self-discovery, so women can build meaningful, financially rewarding careers without burning out.

However, I can guide you through industry best practices and offer practical steps that are not location-specific.
