I’m the founder of JV Agency! With an artist-focused marketing approach and a knack for building culture, I’ve had the privilege of helping advance the careers of a diverse and successful roster of top-selling artists, including The Killers, Fall Out Boy, Avicii, Max Frost, American Authors, and Shawn Mendes, to name a few.

Throughout my career, I’ve been recognized not only for my business and creative acumen but also for my down-to-earth attitude and motivational approach with both my team and the artists I work with. I believe in fostering authentic relationships and empowering those around me to thrive.

I’m also a passionate speaker, sharing insights on Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Women’s Empowerment. I’ve had the honor of speaking at prestigious institutions like Harvard University and George Washington University, as well as major industry events including Canadian Music Week, SXSW, CMJ, and "Dialog Konferansen," Scandinavia’s largest conference on digital marketing, CX, and CRM.

Beyond marketing, my love for music extends to DJing private events and curating music for brands, in-store experiences, and fashion shows. This creative side allows me to stay connected to the heart of the industry while expanding my influence in new and exciting ways.

Driven by a desire to give back, I founded JV Foundation, a social entrepreneurship venture that donates proceeds from products to charitable organizations throughout New York City. My goal is to reshape the way we approach philanthropy by combining business with social impact and encouraging others to make a difference.

At the core of everything I do is a mission to bridge cultural and geographic divides between makers and users. I see technology as a powerful tool for positive change and use it to create platforms that foster connection and innovation.

I’m passionate about pushing boundaries and redefining the relationship between music, technology, and culture. As I continue this journey, I remain committed to empowering the next generation while using my platform to inspire and create lasting change.
